Account Manager/Project Manager
Our client is seeking an Account Project Manager to join their Luxury Branding and Digital Agency team. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, managing their daily requests and ensuring seamless execution across various teams and disciplines. You will also be responsible in managing a team of five professionals.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between our agency and clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand clients’ needs, objectives, and expectations.
- Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to project scope and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including branding, social media, production, digital, corporate gifting, and events, to ensure successful project execution.
- Strategy and Pitching: Develop and deliver compelling client pitch decks and strategy decks. Provide strategic recommendations based on industry trends, market research, and client requirements.
- Quality Control: Oversee the final quality control process for all creative assets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines. Attention to detail is crucial, including the ability to spot and correct typos.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of five members of account executives and creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and support. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager/Project Manager in an agency setting, preferably working with luxury brands. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and Copywriting Skills: Strong creative thinking abilities and the capacity to develop innovative solutions. Excellent copywriting skills to craft persuasive and error-free content.
- Budget Management: Proficient in project budgeting, negotiation, and financial management. Ability to maximize revenue by upselling to existing clients and closing new client opportunities.
- Organization and Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and attention to detail. Capable of meeting strict deadlines and adapting to changing demands.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record with 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager in a similar industry.
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
