Meet Sarah, a Dutch woman with Indonesian roots, living as an expat in Dubai. With an eye for talent and a mind for business, she’s the driving force behind Xpat Today.

Having called Dubai home since 2015, Sarah has spent eight years on the other side – that’s your side – working as an HR Manager. But all good things must come to an end, and she decided it was time for a change.

In 2023, she launched Xpat Today to address the market’s demand for a more personalized approach to hiring, valuing long term relationships and achieving high retention rates.

Sarah proudly declares herself a people’s person, living up to the ultimate HR cliché. And since we’re here, we also need to talk about Sarah’s cooking skills. She can whip up (and savor) delicious dishes from various cuisines. Finding the best ingredients to every meal — and every company.
