Account Executive
We are seeking a highly creative and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will work closely with both the Account Manager and Creative Manager, taking leadership from both to ensure the successful execution of client projects. You will play a vital role in managing day-to-day client requests, overseeing project deliverables, and maintaining effective communication between the management team and the creative studio.
Responsibilities
- Client Management: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, acknowledging their day-to-day requests, and ensuring their needs are met. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and providing exceptional customer service.
- Project Coordination: Manage a daily work in progress tracker, ensuring tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, and projects are progressing smoothly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule shoots, organize social calendars, source talent and models, and source venues and suppliers for multidisciplinary projects.
- Deliverable Oversight: Oversee the development and timely delivery of project deliverables, ensuring they align with client expectations and brand guidelines. Attention to detail is crucial, including copywriting and ensuring error-free content.
- Pitch and Ideation: Assist in the development of pitch and ideation decks, contributing creative ideas and insights. Collaborate with the creative team to bring concepts to life and present compelling proposals to clients.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain a seamless flow of communication between the management team and the creative studio, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project updates, changes, and deadlines. Facilitate effective collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements
- Creativity and Leadership: Highly creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions. Willingness to take leadership from both the Account Manager and Creative Manager to drive project success.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail is essential for overseeing project deliverables and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Ability to articulate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and project requirements.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with branding, social media, production, and event management. Understanding of project coordination, talent sourcing, and supplier management is a plus.
