Graphic Designer

Responsibilities
- You’ll be part of an epic quest to craft captivating designs that bring the clients’ brands to life.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply strategic and creative thinking to retail marketing initiatives, interpreting briefs to deliver compelling visual solutions.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify innovative approaches to design challenges.
- Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to printing methods and materials specifications.
- Design event activation materials, including signage, booth displays, and promotional materials, to create impactful brand experiences.
- Adapt to changing priorities and client feedback while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software, with a particular emphasis on InDesign.
- Creative taste that comes from a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a keen understanding of retail marketing principles.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret briefs effectively and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
- Willingness to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a dynamic, sometimes erratic work environment, while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
- Can work independently and has a sense of ownership and pride on their work.
Nice to have
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is advantageous.
- Preferred background in advertising agency but not required; candidates with relevant experience in other creative environments are encouraged to apply.
