Senior Account Executive – Client Services Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our clients’ creative agency’s client services team. The ideal candidate will be highly attentive, possess exceptional customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role requires a deep understanding of the creative process, as well as the ability to assist in project ideation and manage day-to-day client requests.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Manage the execution of creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and management, to develop innovative solutions and strategies that align with client objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their brand presence and achieve their business goals.
- Assist in the development of client proposals, presentations, and pitches, leveraging a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends, sharing insights with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handle day-to-day client requests, including but not limited to revisions, feedback, and project updates, with a high level of efficiency and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or client services within a creative agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
